Getting Started
Head to app.kuerate.com/onboarding and work through the 5-step onboarding flow: verify your work email, build your profile, set your outreach rate, nominate a charity, and confirm. It takes less than five minutes.
Yes. During onboarding, choose "Import your network" and upload your LinkedIn data export. The 4-step import wizard maps your connections into Kuerate automatically, no manual re-entry.
No. Most professionals keep LinkedIn as a passive presence and shift active outreach and networking to Kuerate. It's a lower-friction move than switching platforms outright.
Kuerate currently operates in Australia, the UK, and the USA, with more markets planned as the founding cohort grows.

For Professionals
In Settings, set the price it costs someone to send you an unsolicited message. You can set different rates for different categories of contact; recruiters, vendors, investors, and change them any time. See the full walkthrough in the Professionals page.
Their message lands in your Requests tab on your dashboard feed, alongside analytics on what your network has generated so far.
Yes, set your rate to a level that reflects how open you want to be, or pause visibility altogether in your settings.
Your dashboard's Analytics tab tracks total raised, message volume, and a running history of donations tied to your profile.
Business Development
Business development users pay a professional's published rate to send a message, guaranteeing it's actually seen, instead of competing with an open, spam-filled inbox. Full detail is on the Business Development page.
Yes. Switch your dashboard into CRM mode for a full pipeline: Contacts, Outreach, Targets, Deals, and Spend, so you can manage engagement without a separate tool.
No. There's no monthly seat license, you pay per message, at the recipient's published rate, so your spend maps directly to outreach sent.
Yes, the Spend tab in CRM mode gives a running total of outreach fees paid, by contact and by campaign.
Pricing & Fees
Yes, for both professionals and charities. The only fee on Kuerate is what a sender pays to reach someone. Full breakdown on the Pricing page.
Kuerate keeps 8% of every outreach fee to run verification, charity integrations, and payment processing. The remaining 92% is routed to the recipient's nominated charity. This is disclosed to the sender before every payment.
No. Kuerate does not receive or process donation funds directly, payments and charitable transfers are handled by our integrated charity software partner.
Charities & Giving
Choose any registered charity during onboarding, or update your selection any time from Settings. There's no limit on how often you can change your cause.
No integration work is required on the charity's end, as long as they are listed in our integrated charity software partner systems. Once listed, donations, donor details, and tax documentation are handled automatically via our charity software partner.
Yes. Confirmation of payment and required tax statements are issued to both the donor and the charity for every transaction.
Privacy & Verification
Through your work email, not facial recognition or biometrics. This also avoids the name-matching verification issues that disadvantage professionals whose legal name differs from their professional identity.
Kuerate does not share biometric or behavioural data with third-party sub-processors. Payment and donation data is shared only with our integrated charity software partner, strictly to process the transaction.

Your profile details and access rate both live under Dashboard → Settings.
Yes, your sent-message history is available under Dashboard → Sent, separate from incoming Requests.
