What we are offering
Kuerate Limited is opening twenty Seed Ambassador positions across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the European Union and South Africa.
In exchange for twenty-four months of active work promoting and growing the platform, each Ambassador is allocated equity in the company under a written agreement. No cash investment is required. There is no salary.
That is the entire deal, stated plainly, because the alternative is the thing we are trying to replace: a vague promise of exposure in return for your time and your audience.
Why Equity
Why we are doing it this way
Every other professional network grew by buying attention. Advertising, growth loops, engineered notifications, and eventually the sale of your behavior to whoever will pay for it. We have ruled all of that out, which leaves us with a problem: how does a network that refuses to advertise get found?
The honest answer is that it gets found by people who tell other people. So we are giving those people a reason beyond goodwill, and the only currency an early-stage company has that is worth anything is the company itself.
If Kuerate works, the people who made it work should own part of it. If it does not, we will have been honest with you about that risk from the first sentence.
What you will do
Raise awareness of a genuinely different approach to professional networking. Reach communities who care about privacy, trust and purposeful connection. Help shape messaging that sounds like a person rather than a platform. Bring us ideas and campaigns we have not thought of.
Concretely, over twenty-four months:
Become a Kuerate user and use the platform as a professional network
Complete one onboarding and training session
Publish a high-quality post once a month in your area of expertise
Share Kuerate and Kuerate posts across 3 (or more) other social networks
Bring twenty professionals onto the platform and keep them engaged. Sustained usage is the measure, not sign-up count
Host an event, once a quarter, online in the platform, or in-person
Provide a genuine, attributable endorsement for press and marketing
Take part in occasional video content for the Kuerate channel
Disclose your stake, as an Ambassador in Kuerate, whenever you post about Kuerate, non-negotiable, and covered below
Remote and flexible throughout. We are not counting your hours; we are looking at whether the work happened and whether it worked.
Who this is for
• People building something in marketing, communications, community or outreach, and who want a founding story on their record
• People motivated by ethical technology and good causes, not just by upside
• Clear communicators with a real audience, however small, who trust them
• People who already believe quality beats volume and are tired of arguing the point
Who this is not for
• Anyone looking for near-term income, this pays nothing for twenty-four months and may pay nothing after
• Anyone who wants to automate their way through the commitments; we will notice
• Anyone who needs certainty about what the equity will be worth. Nobody can give you that honestly.
Twenty seats across six countries is not many. It is meant to be a small number of committed people rather than a large number of interested ones.

Kuerate is an early-stage company. Shares in an early-stage private company are illiquid and may end up worth nothing. We are not going to pretend otherwise.

How it is determined
Active participation against the commitments above, reviewed [quarterly].
What it costs you
Nothing. There is no cash investment and no purchase.

We read every application ourselves and reply either way within [10 working days].
Holding equity in a company you are promoting is a material connection, and in the US, UK, EU and Australia you are legally required to disclose it. Every Ambassador post about Kuerate carries a clear disclosure.
We would ask for this even if the law did not. A network built on the claim that you can trust what you see here cannot be launched by people quietly concealing their stake in it.
